The hotel's location is quite convenient for visiting the area and getting around by car, and it's in a respectable neighborhood. However, it's a little far from the center of Cologne by public transport. The rooms were not properly clean and were uncomfortably hot and stuffy, especially being near the frequently used back door. The service was good, with friendly and helpful staff offering a late check-out at no extra cost. The dining options were decent but not very rich in variety. The facilities overall were acceptable but not outstanding.
